上海国际仲裁中心实习生招募公告

上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）成立于1988年，设有上海国际仲裁（香港）中心，下设中国（上海）自由贸易试验区仲裁院、上海国际航空仲裁院、金砖国家争议解决上海中心、中非联合仲裁上海中心、产权交易仲裁中心和数据仲裁中心。2015年获评《环球仲裁评论》（GAR）“年度最受关注机构”，并获提名“年度创新奖”，目前已被列为“区域白名单/值得重点关注的仲裁机构”，被Legal 500列为重要的中国仲裁机构之一，是联合国国际贸易法委员会第二工作组（争议解决）、第六工作组（可转让货物单证）观察员，国际统一私法协会保理示范法工作组观察员。2018年成为首批入选最高人民法院“一站式”国际商事争议多元解决机制的仲裁机构。2019年和2023年均获评司法部公共法律服务先进集体。

上海国际仲裁中心重视国际商事仲裁的推广和发展，与境内外仲裁机构长期保持良好合作关系，举办各类仲裁研讨、宣传活动。对接Global Arbitration Review和Kluwer Arbitration Blog等业内国际知名媒体，介绍中国仲裁新发展、接轨国际仲裁新趋势。通过“上海国际仲裁中心”微信公众号，分享国际仲裁热点研究、前沿课题、重大活动讯息。

上海国际仲裁中心重视国际商事仲裁青年人才和后备力量的培养，应邀为复旦大学、上海交通大学、华东政法大学、上海财经大学、上海对外经贸大学等高校合作开办、讲授国际仲裁专题课程及讲座。上海国际仲裁中心共同主办国际商事模拟仲裁庭上海邀请赛（Moot Shanghai）、内地与港澳大学生模拟法庭（仲裁庭）大赛和国际航空法模拟法庭竞赛中国区选拔赛等国际争议解决领域赛事。上海国际仲裁中心实习项目的宗旨是以仲裁实践提升实务研究、以实务研究培养仲裁人才、以人才提升推动中国仲裁发展。

一、实习内容
（1）协助管理仲裁案件程序、起草仲裁法律文书
（2）撰写、翻译活动新闻和资讯
（3）收集、整理、翻译最新国际商事仲裁案例和文章
（4）起草、校对、翻译国际商事仲裁案例和文章等
二、岗位要求
（1）国内外知名大学法学院在读，具备良好法学知识功底，具备良好的中英语工作能力
（2）每周实习时长不少于4天，实习期3个月

Internship Program

Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center, “SHIAC”), established in 1988, is an international commercial arbitration institution providing independent, fair, professional, and efficient dispute resolution services for various domestic and foreign commercial participants. SHIAC has established the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center. SHIAC successively established the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Court of Arbitration, the Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration, the BRICS Dispute Resolution Center Shanghai, the China-Africa Joint Arbitration Shanghai Center, Assets and Equity Transaction Arbitration Center and Date Arbitration Center. SHIAC received the 'Award for An Arbitral Institution that Impressed the Past Year' bythe Global Arbitration Review in 2016 and the runner-up of its 'Annual Award for theBest Innovation in Arbitration, and has been included in GAR’s Asia-Pacific “White list/Institutions Worth a Closer Look”. SHIAC is listed by Legal 500 as Important Regional Arbitration Centers-China. SHIAC is an observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group II (Dispute Resolution) and Working Group VI (Negotiable Cargo Documents), UNIDROIT Model Law on Factoring Working Group. In 2018, SHIAC become among the first five international commercial arbitration and mediation institutions included in the Supreme People's Court's 'One-StopDiver-sified Mechanisms for Resolving International Commercial Disputes. In 2019 and 2023, SHIAC was awared as Advanced Public Legal Service Organization by the Ministry of Justice.
SHIAC attaches great importance to the promotion and development of international commercial arbitration by maintaining a long-term cooperation with our renowned peers, and organizing various arbitration seminars and publicity activities. SHIAC joins hands with internationally renowned media such as Global Arbitration Review and Kluwer Arbitration Blog to introduce new developments in China and latest international trends. Through the 'Shanghai International Arbitration Center' WeChat official account, SHIAC shares reports, cutting-edge researches, and major events.
SHIAC focuses one training young talents in international commercial arbitration, and offers international arbitration courses and lectures for Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, etc. SHIAC also co-hosted international commercial arbitration moot court competition including the Moot Shanghai, the Invitational Moot Arbitration Competition, and the International Air Law Moot Court Competition China Round for years.
SHIAC aims to, via its internship program, improve research in, train arbitration talents, and promote the development of arbitration in China in the arbitration practices.
1. Work Content
(1) Assist in the management of arbitration case procedures and draft arbitration legal documents;
(2) Write and translate event news and reports;
(3) Collect, organize and translate the latest international commercial arbitration cases and essays;
(4) Draft, edit, and translate international commercial arbitration research, etc.
2. Eligibility Requirements
(1) Studying at well-known law schools in China and abroad, with excellent academic qualifications and English working ability;
(2) 3 months’ internship period, and no less than 4 days’ attendance a week.
