学历要求：国际法相关硕士学位

BRA:
• Programming refugee hearing sessions before the AD Hoc commission of bureau refugee and stateless.
• Filing hearing records from BRA on excel sheet.
Survey:
• Conducting periodic surveys with refugees regarding documentation (residency, obtention of birth certificate, nationality, interest for naturalization). 
• Assisting with legal partner, specifically related to refugee and asylum seekers on the data base.
Lawyer:
• Monitoring individual cases/referral to the main lawyer.
• Update the lawyer reports on the data base.
Reception:
• Participating in refugee reception sessions.
• Updating the protection reception information/counselling on data base.
Support for training:
Training: If necessary, participating in organizing training sessions 
Filing:
• Organizing legal documents or references in the physical files of the individuals concerned.
• Assisting with counselling of refugee and asylum seekers and uploading information on the data base.
Preparation of meeting note or report: or any other business.
• Any other support tasks as required by the unit.

学历要求：法律、政治学相关领域的学士学位，至少完成两年相关领域的本科学习；有人道主义工作经验者优先

语言要求：英语、阿拉伯语

Terms of Reference

• University degree in law, political science, or any related field.

• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate studies in relevant field.

• Sound knowledge of refugee law, international human rights and humanitarian laws are desirable.

• Sound researching skills are desirable.

• Previous experience in humanitarian work is desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (reading and writing)
