岗位职责Key Responsibilities:
战略规划：制定并实施全面的销售计划和市场策略，以实现业务目标。
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
客户参与：维护客户关系，及时回复客户咨询，安排会议并跟进重要讨论。
Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing follow-up on key discussions.
报价管理：准备和修订产品报价，确保定价具有竞争力并与市场趋势一致。
Quotation Management: Prepare and revise product quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with market trends.
文档监督：核实生产订单、图纸、样板单、备料单和质量控制文件的准确性和完整性。
Documentation Oversight: Verify production orders, drawings, sample orders, material preparation lists, and quality control documents for accuracy and completeness.
进度跟踪：监控样办单、销售单和特殊物料的状态，以确保及时交付和卓越服务。
Progress Tracking: Monitor the status of sample orders, sales orders, and special materials to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
问题解决：处理样品生产和制造过程中出现的问题，有效管理客户投诉和反馈。
Problem Resolution: Address issues that arise during sample production and manufacturing, effectively managing customer complaints and feedback.
临时任务：执行管理层分配的其他任务，以支持业务需求。
Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
要求Qualifications:
教育背景：大专及以上学历，英语六级以上，具备良好的阅读、写作和口语能力。
Education: Associate degree or higher, with a CET-6 level of English proficiency; strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
工作经验：具备5年以上在外企或外贸公司的项目管理经验或销售经验。
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project managementor sales experience in foreign enterprises or foreign trade companies。
工作态度：自我驱动且负责，能够在压力下工作并按时完成任务。
Work Ethic: Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
沟通能力：出色的口头和书面沟通能力，具备良好的团队协作和领导能力。
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and lead teams towards common goals.
职业发展Career Advancement:
晋升机会包括从营销主任晋升为高级营销主任，营销副经理/经理，最终成为销售及市场总监。
Opportunities for growth include progression from Marketing Executive to Senior Marketing Executive /Marketing Deputy Manager / Manager and ultimately to Sales and Marketing Director.
